attend a class before it expires, what do I do?
When are classes
available?
You can view our
current class schedule by clicking
here. If the available dates and times do not
work for you, continue to check back as we are always
adding new classes to the schedule.
What do I wear to
the class?
Wear something warm and comfortable! You
will be seated during the class. If you are
comfortable in jeans, then wear jeans. If you are
comfortable in lounge pants then wear those!
Can I bring something to eat or drink to the class?
No food is allowed during
the class. You are invited to bring bottled water
to the class. We ask
that you do not bring anything else to drink
other then bottled water, as sometimes accidents happen
and things get kicked over and spilled.
What is the age limit?
Yes, we ask that all
attendees are 18 years old or older.
Can I put my name on a waitlist?
The classes are scheduled online,
this allows the person scheduling to change the date if
needed. Because of this we cannot accept waitlist
requests.
Is this a private session or a group session?
The classes are group classes. The
class size is no larger then 35-45 people.
Depending on the class, some classes are smaller, but
the classes do not exceed 35-45 people. They
hypnosis sessions take place as a group. They are
not individual.
I entered my voucher number, when is that redeemed?
We redeem the vouchers at
the door at the time of the class. By entering
your voucher number when you register this allows us to
verify that your voucher is active.
If I have a voucher do I have to bring it to the class?
Yes, if you have a voucher
for the class, please bring it with you. Having it
printed out is easier for us (and goes quicker at the
door when checking in). If you have the voucher on
your phone that is fine too. The voucher is from
Groupon or LivingSocial. NOT the email with the
booking number you received from us. The voucher
will have a barcode on it. Please have your
voucher out and ready when you are checking in so we can
check people in quickly.
My voucher is for multiple people, do we have to attend
the same class or can we all attend different classes?
The voucher must be used
at one time. So you cannot "split" the voucher and
use it for two different classes.
My voucher is going to expire shortly, and I cannot
attend a class before it expires, what do I do?
As long as your SCHEDULE your class BEFORE the
voucher expires it is still valid. So if the class
you schedule is a few days after your voucher expires as
long as your reservation is made before the expiration
date you may still use the voucher.
